2 cups of almond meal
4 large eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1. Combine all the ingredients together to form a batter.
2. Add a little coconut oil to a hot frying pan and spoon batter into pan.
3. Once bubbles appear in the pancake batter, flip and cook the other side.
4. Continue using this method until you have used all the batter. This mix make approximately 6 pancakes.
